"Pet friendly, I love this space the colours, the location right in the middle of the city you feel like you're in a Vegas cottage getaway Love it The staff are lacking lustre. Not welcoming. Look bored. Rude attitude towards people who are paying alot to feel at home away from home Staff look like they hate their job and won't lift a finger to do their job. They Don't have anyone helping you with bags in and out the door that has two steps. The door doesn't have an automatic open either. It's a very small elevator. "

"The room, staff and building were all great but I was disappointed that after booking the price on the Expedia website, there was another almost $30 charge put on my card by the resort. I would have appreciated knowing about this in advance. The extra charge put me over my accommodation budget. "

"The positive is that the beds were comfortable. The staff was overall decent and nice. Breakfast was not very good ,the condition the property was a complete. It has structural issues. The floor was sloping and the walkway was sloping. While the room was decently clean the furniture and overall condition of the room was very worn. It took a very long time for water to get hot. It is not a hotel. It is a motel. I imagine that the folks that raided at a four or whatever have very different standards than myself."
