"Loved my stay here! So relaxing, everything taken care of. Lovely room and spa"

"clean and spacious, friendly staffs"

"Had a lovely welcoming stay. Our host Joyce was a delight. Our room was unique, coz and comfortable. We had a separate sitting area with a cozy couch overlooking the Niagara River. Beautiful original cut glass window detail and fireplace. Lovely spot for relaxing after a day exploring. Great breakfast with three choices of entree. We had the Eggs Benedict. Very tasty. Quaint breakfast room - the house’s original dining room and sitting room. Beautiful gazebo behind the house. Nice for taking...

"I have never stayed a bed and breakfast before, and Im very happy I choose this one! The whole property was nicely maintained and close to all of the fun things to do in the area. BUT my number 1 reason to recommed Serene Niagara Inn is the hosts! They were both extremely kind and made us feel very welcomed. They have a nice breakfast selection that tasted amazing. Overall it was a wonderful relaxing place to stay. Thank you guys for making it feel like a home away from home!!!"

"The location was walking distance to Clifton Hill which is exactly what we wanted. I did the pre check in and onsite parking. There were lots of restaurants option nearby and the room was clean."

"Ok nice"

"We had a wonderful stay at Butterfly Manor Bed & Breakfast. The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient for visiting Niagara Falls. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"Although the location is a little away from the falls, I actually loved how quiet and peaceful it was. From the moment we checked in, every staff we encountered was so kind and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was just as wonderful as everyone had said. It was full of the warmth and love of a grandmother's home cooking, and the taste was simply beyond words. Even the fact that guests are asked about their preferences in advance at check-in shows how much...

"The all in cost didn't include the $35 per day for parking, which is reasonable as some don't drive to Niagara Falls. The self serve breakfast was $30 each, which for two with the tax and tip (coffee and orange juice were served) cost $80. If your web site covered these extras separately for all hotels, the booking decision might have been different ."

"Great price. Good staff. Clean"

"Great stay for the price."

"Good location, friendly staff, and the room was clean"

"Great location"

"We've stayed at this property twice. It's been a great experience each time. The location is perfect! The view from our room was amazing! We've recommended this property to our family and friends. FYI when choosing your room- the room with the whirlpool has a smaller shower."

"A good place to stay"
