"As I checked in, the front desk clerk looks like she was having a bad day. She did not greet as well and I did not want to ask her anything. I did tell her we wanted housekeeping cleaning as I told her that I wanted to stay another night That evening we came back. The room was not clean. I try using the phone in room 116 and it was not working. I went to the front desk around 8 PM. I told her what happened. She was not very apologetic and could not take our dirty towels because she said she had nowhere to put them into. She also said to take the trash out in the hallway. This is why I gave this location a one star"

"This is the second time staying here and will continue to do so. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and clubs. Best of all the Beach is up the street. Staff is amazing, friendly and accommodating. Recommend 100%"

"The young man Mario who checked us in recommended a great spot for a cafe de olla at Reynaldo’s which was fantastic! He was very nice and we wished him the best on his endeavors as a civil engineer. The property’s bed was so comfortable (we travel quite a bit) that I woke up realizing we had slept in and it sad GREAT! It was clean and even though it was near the 101 fwy, it was quite quiet. The parking was really easy and we didn’t have to pay for parking either which was nice! I would stay here any day of the week again! "

"For the price, this place was not worth it at all. Yes, it has convenient access to the beach and nearby stores, but the room itself was very disappointing—there were stains on the sheets, curtains, and towels, which made it feel unclean. Breakfast was actually good, and the staff in that area were great—very kind and welcoming. However, the front desk staff during check-in were the opposite—short, distant, and not welcoming at all. When I asked for help connecting to the TV, I didn’t get a clear answer—just “use whatever is on the TV or connect an HDMI cable,” which wasn’t helpful. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. Honestly, the Motel 6 up the street is in better condition for a fraction of the price. "

"Very clean room, quiet, had fridge and microwave. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Also the location of this Motel 6 is particularly nice and within a short walk to restaurants and shopping and on a well manicured street, There are also plenty of areas to walk your dog if bringing one. Ice machine, vending machine and laundry room. Good coffee AM. "
