"Everyone was friendly."

"Hotel is in a great location. Plenty of food places and stores within a block. They have a great breakfast with plenty of options. Parking was perfect no fees and had plenty of underground oland also limited above ground options as well. Would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was great except only 1 guest elevator being operational"

"スタッフの挨拶が気持ちいい"

"Property clean, rooms clean and staff very hospitable and friendly. The only downside is that their elevator was under repair and we had to walk to the back and take the service elevator. Honestly, we did not mind, since our car was parked right there outside. We didn't have to walk back to the entrance. I would stay next time I'm in Houston."

"Clean and great location close to the mall."

"Room was clean and nice breakfast"

"The cleaning crew didn’t clean room until 6 pm"

"It is a beautiful property. The restaurant was delicious. Everything about my stay was sensational!"
