"The location gets 3 stars and housekeeping staff. The check in is supposed to be at and after 3 pm. We arrived a little after 3 pm and were told that our room was not ready and would take about 30 more minutes. No problem, we can wait. 45 minutes goes by. No call or text from the staff. We go back, staff member helping us said that it would be 10-15 minutes more, but gave us keys. The funny thing was that the room was ready all this time. How do we know, we were parked right in front of it. Not sure if it is miscommunication between front desk and housekeeping staff or something else. The room is basic. Mostly, quiet. "

"The room allotted to pets is at the side of the house. Room was clean but very basic and plain w no TV and a small shower w low water pressure. For a pet room no bowls, bed or cookies were in the room. No breakfast was available and although coffee could be made the room had no milk or powdered creamer. Heating was a stand alone fan as the thermostat appeared to be linked to nothing. The grounds looked overgrown. Maybe nicer in the spring but at this time of year need some love. Even the plants on the entry porch had not been watered or cared for. Not a great first impression There was no house keeping done on the second day which is unusual. Beachcombef down the road had a much better setup for dogs w all amenities in the room and multiple fire pits to sit w your dog in the evening. Room inside the house seem to be done to a much higher standard. The pet room felt like an after thought. Would not stay at the house again unless they can service rooms daily, offer breakfast and add a TV. Especially important as Fort Bragg can have May lazy days "
