"This is a luxury property, and the pricing reflects that. The very high expenses in this area of the country (e.g., gas, food) drives the high cost of the property. Also a factor is the investment and upkeep of the 2,200 acres of private and well-maintained property.
The 2-hour UTV tour of the property was excellent. The food is exquisite, much of it locally sourced."

"This place is good for the price and would stay here again since it was clean and rooms look updated. The outside noise can be a bit annoying in the middle of the night. As for the free breakfast, it was a joke. I’m not expecting anything fancy but when all you have is stale bread with no butter/jelly anything to spread on it and cereal and no milk, you might as well just say free Coffee and OJ and I’d be okay with that."
"The location is great. Having a walking/biking path just steps from the rooms is the best. The room was well-cleaned but the carpet, although vacuumed by the maid service, was something I couldn’t get past. It felt filthy and damp, gross, so I kept shoes on. The upholstered corner chair and/or that area of the room smelled like urine. The bathroom lighting is poor and the towel rack too far from the tub/shower. And we were given no washcloths. Sound-proofing between rooms is pathetic. The people above us sounded like elephants walking across the floor so if they were awake, so were we."
"We stayed for 2 nights for our 20th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the king room with big tub and fireplace and balcony. Everything was perfect and the staff was helpful."
"Positive: bed, sheets, pillows towels all super comfortable. I could have stayed in bed all day! Not so positive: room is super small, couldn’t figure out the TV, “updated” with cheap materials but was good for just sleeping there for the night. Got in from Skunk Train at 11pm and left at 8:30 am. Heater is super loud all night and so we turned it off then was cold. If you just need a bed for the night, nothing fancy and fairly cheap it would be fine."
"The top guests were too loud and was not able to sleep. The rooms were kind of dirty and not maintained. The outside was very dirty. Just for a quick one night stay it was decent and for the price I expected what I got."
