"Room was noisy the ac make loud noisy did not sleep. The toilet keeps running and the shower was gross with not shampoo. They did not have the room we selected and the receptionist did not see any we found out when we get to the room . We selected a king size bed and got two queen . Again did not slept. "

"The hotel is great, this app is awful. I booked my stay on hotels.com for 4/20-4/21. When I received the confirmation email it said 6/29-6/30. When I called in to have it corrected I was told the reservation is non-refundable and I'd have to pay $280 for another night. As if this wasn't bad enough, for the next three hours I had to repeatedly call back into hotels.com customer service as they did not process the date change correctly and the hotel could not find the reservation. At no point did they offer a refund for the multiple system failures. So, an extra $280 for a single night stay, and three hours spent sitting in the lobby unable to check in. I will likely never use this app again. "

"It has all the options so good for the price. But cleaning standards can be improved. The bath tub was partially clogged. Coffee maker had dust all over it. There was a very slight rotten smell in the room when I first entered. "
