"The scenic views"

"Reception staff fairly friendly bar staff not so we waited over 10 mins for a member of staff no show so I went to reception we’re both the reception lady and the lady from the bar were just casually chatting and no apology for keeping us waiting"

"We stay here often, our go to hotel in Stafford"

"I liked that the property is close to other services. Was clean, just the exception of a stale smell in the bathroom but I suppose that is what you get when there are no windows to open in bathrooms. It is an old premier inn."

"Hotel is in the middle of Brewood. It doesn't look much from outside, there are more impressive build around the location. But the interior is more impressive. Checking in was efficient. The room was comfortable and quiet despite being at the front of the hotel., All the rooms are named after local villages. The restaurant was excellent, we really enjoyed our meal at night and the breakfast. All the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient."

"Fabulous stay, lovely staff, great food 😀"

"Staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly. Clean room and good breakfast."

"Convenient location, outstanding customer service including the night staff because I had an early checkout. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I will definitely revisit when in the region . Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable."

"Fabulous breakfast"

"Great pub hotel, delicious food and spacious rooms. Dog friendly, which is a bonus. Worth noting that it is not suitable for anyone who needs accessible rooms."
