"We booked 2 rooms initially back in march to stay the night before download festival and the night after. Our friends had booked the same place and one had booked the week before . When we got there all our friends had their rooms booked , even our friend who booked the week before. When it came to us checking in our booking wasnt there, even though i had the confirmation email. "I stayed the night to attend a local wedding venue. Gemma spoke with me on the phone and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. When I arrived Jason at the check in desk was so kind and moved heaven and earth to get me a room that was ready so that I could change and leave for the wedding. Both staff members were so kind and welcoming and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my experience."
