very clean room and well keep common areas. i was a little worried this was going to be your typical beach blvd. hotel (iykyk), but was pleasantly surprised by hotel 39. it was very affordable and the accommodations surpassed my expectations. if you need a simple, affordable room that’s walking distance to shopping, bars, and gas stations…this is a great spot.

The property as well as the room was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The price was great for the size of the room and location.
