My family and I loved our stay at the Disney Paradise Pier Hotel. We were greeted and assisted throughout our stay by the most friendly, happy, courteous, and very helpful staff. Our rooms beautifully decorated with Disney Charachers, the beds very comfortable, and the view to the parks were spectacular, especially at night time. Nothing but praises for Disney Paradise Pier Hotel.

Birthday celebration vacation

Checking in was atrocious but once we were able to get our room it was a beautiful room, appeared very clean. Ultimately was a nice stay. The self check out snack vending area was very helpful.

Disney vacay

Hotel is good. Have stayed here before. Close to parks. Parking on site for additional fees. They gave us a handicap room so bathroom was not standard shower but usable. Clean and friendly staff.

We were beyond happy with our stay at Paradise Pier. We normally stay at the Grand Californian but opted for Paradise pier. So glad we did. The only downfall of our stay was that they property did not have any resteraunts currently open.

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean as well. One comment is that the hotel elevators were not very usable for someone with low vision as the screen buttons were small and there was no braille that we could see.
