"Checking in took over 2 hours. The reception kept saying our rooms would be ready in 20 minutes but it wasn't true. Rooms aren't good either, towels have holes in them and air conditioning does not work."

"Room was recently upgraded, clean and functional. Staff were very friendly and helpful The breakfast was very good!! The location is perfect for travelling by train to different cities...We could simply cross the street and be at the train station...We used Antwerp as our base camp!!"
