"This is my go to hotel in the city. I went stay any place else. Even for an additional fee you can get breakfast included. I have stayed in both a reg room n a kitchenette thick it doesn't have a full kitchen or days have a microwave n a small fridge. Room is very nice"

"Aloft was amazing! The location is a 10 minute walk from the Grand red line station and had plenty of options for night life and food. I would highly recommend this as a short term stay option. Seeing as Chicago is quite loud (not the hotels fault) it might be nicer to stay on a higher floor but we were very comfortable during our stay either way. "
"Great hotel overall. Definitely makes you feel back in time, but the bedrooms have a balance of new and old. Although a few hairs were found in the towels, despite being changed daily, I do appreciate how efficient the staff was at keeping all clean and running. Dinning is not the best, but it’s good to grab something at a cheap price. Overall, great hotel would definitely return. "
"My mom and i stayed for 3 nights, so so nice, pool and terrace are perfect relaxing options. workers are super friendly especially Wallis, he was so kind and very helpful and welcoming, he gave us advice and helped us if we needed it!! very nice restaurant too, yummy food and kind workers!"

"I stayed at the Travelodge by Wyndham Downtown Chicago for three nights with my partner while visiting the city. I’ll admit I was a little nervous when booking after reading some mixed reviews, but for the price, I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and got to our room.
It’s an older hotel, but it’s clean, comfortable, and in a great location. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay downtown without sacrificing comfort, this is an excellent value."
