"I don’t like the fact you can’t check in until 4pm and water slide close at 5pm and the whole water park area close at 7pm so u really don’t have no time to enjoy the water park you should get more than 3 house to use the water fun that’s the point of coming u can’t enjoy the water park unless u stay for Multiple days"

"The property feels very secure and is in great condition. Very basic but overall a great value for the money. It was unfortunate on our first of the two nights that we stayed the fire alarm went off 5 times at around 2:50am. The first time it went off for multiple minutes and for instances 2-5 it went off for 30 seconds or less each time. Because it went off multiple times & the firetruck/firefighters were on site for over 30minutes & we were not made aware of what had happened (other than a panicked lady in grey scrubs walking through the hallway in a rush as the alarm was blaring saying, “Its a false alarm”, it was really hard to get back to sleep for almost 2 hours. When I asked about it the next day I was told that somebody burned microwave popcorn. We had to buy bottled water and get plastic utensils to eat. There is a dishwasher & a cascade pod is provided but unless you bring your own dishes there is no reason to use it. There is a setup of two glass top burners, a microwave, and a full size fridge. And the location allows access to several restaurants and is 5 mins from the Desert Diamond Arena & surrounding restaurants if you have access to a car. Overall very satisfied with our stay & the accommodations. Vending machines, a laundry room, a very basic workout room, & available coffee are nice assets too. Staff was very kind. "

"Security guard armed with riffle and mace. Room had no hangers, no blankets, broken lights. Bath stained bath mat. Very noisy and very scary. NEVER AGAIN."

"The breakfast menu and the staff were the best parts about this day. We enjoyed the people there and the gift shop that they have food is immaculate and the art is a nice addition to the ambience. The bathrooms floors could’ve been a lot more cleaner as well as the public bathrooms, could’ve been a lot more cleaner as well at times the inside of the lobby did smell a bit funny."

"Barely any breakfast, NOT a continental breakfast (just cereal, bagels, waffles, juices) the room was clean when I arrived but there was no blow dryer and housekeeping cleaned the room once a week unless booked upon. Parking was spacious but sometimes had to look for parking so definitely not as big as it can be. A LOT of homeless in the area so it felt a bit sketchy driving and parking at night but it was alright. "
