"Alyssa at the front desk was rude and dismissive. She tried to open our room door because of an error made by the person who checked us in the day before. They forgot to flag us as checking out late which caused a problem later on. The “manager,” Paul was also rude and dismissive. Not to mention unprofessional and was walking around with a big hickie on his neck. There was a championship game at Golden 1 so there were kids everywhere. They just kept staring at his neck. "

"Decent hotel, but disappointed in the breakfast. Just bagels and muffins, and not very fresh ones."

"The pool was dirty with no skimmer to clean it ourselves. The bathroom sink and counter was dirty upon check-in. The hotel has a great location though with a 3 minute walk to Golden 1 and restaurants. "
