I read the bad reviews and wondered if we were at the same Extended Stay. The only time we hear any sounds remotely like gunshots were during the lunch hours and we recognized there was construction work occurring adown the street from the hotel. We were very happy to see Laura, Madie and Nancy througout our last stay before leaving for our road trip to North Carolina. These three are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything we needed was provided with a smile and an offer of continuing service. We have a strict budget and the price, comfort and convenience of this Extended Stay exceeded our expectations. *I was glad to see that the did upgrade their pillows! Lol
