"We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay."

"The breakfast was ok--nothing special. Tasteless eggs, dry potatoes, and rubbery sausage. The easy-bake cinnamon rolls were not bad though. The coffee was also kind of not great.
The hot tub was barely luke-warm. I chose this particular hotel because it was the only one that I saw with a hot tub. That evening there happened to be a kid birthday party at the pool--25 loud kids and many were in the tub splashing around. I just left. Thats sucked.
9:30 ish PM the fire alarm went off because some idiot guest thought it would be a good idea to smoke a cigarrette in the stairwell. What's so hard about stepping outside to smoke? Third floor hallway smelled of freshly smoked weed too (during firealarm and after as well). I had to go to my car for 20 minutes while the firedepartment checked everything out. I don't care if people smoke, whatever they smoke....it's not even illegal in NY--why didn't they just go outside? "
