While at the buffet, staff approached us rudely and asked us to get up from our table, saying it was too late, without any courtesy or understanding. The interaction felt disrespectful and left a negative impression on what should have been a pleasant experience. I hope the hotel works on improving customer service, especially in how guests are addressed. The only polite and professional staff member was the lady at the front desk when we checked in. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I would rather stay at the Sheraton next to it."
