6/10 Okay

"Pool closes at 6pm, not as clean as you would expect, the staff got by with the bare minimum I would give this hotel 2 1/2 stars at most, the price was ok and we went to las vegas to go have fun so we didn’t stay long in the hotel, bottom line if you’re planning for a dream vacation don’t stay there but if you are like us that prefer to spend the extra cash somewhere else and not on the hotel it works"

"I have had 2 bicycles stolen from the back of my pickup truck when I’ve parked in the parking structure. First time it was a cheap beach cruiser that wasn’t locked, I took the blame for that. Last night someone cut my very expensive cable lock and stole another bike. I expect better security when I stay at a nice casino. Not acceptable!!!"

"The room and hotel was nice but my only issue was that when the hotel got busy during edc weekend, the wifi became unusable. I came a few days before edc and had no issue with the wifi until the Friday of edc and this later until edc weekend was over."

"My stay started off horrible. Although Expedia had me booked under the correct name, somehow the hotel did not. It took almost 2 hours for me to get checked in, because the hotel made me call Expedia instead of figuring things out as they should have. I gave them all the information that they needed, and still they were unable to help. Thankfully, Expedia jumped into immediate action, got the hotel on the phone, and my partner and I were able to check in. Upon check-in, we discovered that our bedding was filthy. The television did not work, we paid for amenities, such as having access to a pool, we could not find the pool at all. Everywhere security told us to look for a pool, all we found were locked doors with no pool entrance. I have never had an experience like this in my life, and will never stay at the Palms place ever again. I give the hotel a two out of 10. And that is me being nice."
