The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!

Despite our initial issue at the beginning of our 5 nights stay, the front desk manager, Trevor, managed to go above and beyond and made the stay excellent for us. The room is well arranged and very clean. Location is near tube station. The front desk staff members were friendly but can be more efficient and helpful.
