"This a good choice for anyone needing to be in central Camberley for any reason. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. If needed- there is parking and a nearby Heathrow airport service for only 2pounds one way. Furnishing need an update but it was a good choice for me."

"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. "Front desk staff were so welcoming & helpful, especially Marissa! Breakfast staff were friendly. Didn’t meet housekeeping but they did a lovely job with the room. Comfortable bed, in a quiet & nice-sized room. Very conveniently located, 3 minutes from the train station & RailAir bus stop (to LHR) — as well as being right by the high street & some nice restaurants. Close to the Oracle mall for more shops and a selection of restaurants along the river. Look forward to returning in the future!"

"Staff were friendly throughout. Hotel was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The spa was fabulous and a welcome addition after a day of walking in Winchester. This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things! "Because of our timing we weren’t able to partake in food at the hotel at either end of the day. Unfortunate as the breakfast has always been great, Our room was cool which given the ridiculous heat, was amazing. The staff, as always were courteous and professional. We will continue to use this venue on our overnight stays in the Reading area."
