A fantastic weekend celebrating a 30th birthday with the family. All staff so helpful, nothing was a problem from the minute we walked through the doors at reception to enjoying time in the bar restaurant and leisure facilities all staff made us very welcome.

Staff really welcoming and friendly and would give them 5*. Breakfast was excellent 5* Facilities were good - 4* pool and sauna used but some of the loungers a little stained and a smell in the pool of poo which made us thinks the pipes were blocked? Stale musky smell in the bedroom but this was due to the hotel having been closed and heating was on but room needed airing. Overall this was a lovely relaxing stay

Lovely room, decent shower although lighting wasn’t great for wet shaving. Breakfast you had a huge choice and lots of healthy options… staff all very friendly… some of the golfers not so!!

Great value for Money

The breakfast was fabulous and really made our visit amazing value for money. Overall we felt it was a good value for money trip. The pool and a few other bits need some love, but the price for the stay does reflect that. We will be back

I stayed in the mansion house, one night stay for work, food was great, excellent service, breakfast was lovely, lovely greeting by staff despite the early hour. Room was amazing, very quiet, gorgeous decor, my only gripe and its petty, the standby button didnt work on the tv remote, you could use it to turn tv on, but it wouldnt turn the tv off for some reason, no way to set sleep timer. It is now my new goto place to stay when i have to go to head office.

Relaxing Family Break with Excellent Hospitality

We had a lovely family stay at De Vere Wokefield Estate. From the moment we checked in, Alex and Taz were very welcoming. The room was comfortable and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options – definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Another highlight was the swimming pool, which our daughter absolutely loved and didn’t want to leave! Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay for our family and we’d be happy to return again.

Nice stay

Nice place, lovely quite setting but had to walk quite a way to get to next building where I was staying, unknown to me at check-in. Rooms very clean, air conditioned and comfy bed. Would be nice to have a fridge or some water but otherwise all good
