"The location of the property is very good, right in the centre of old town..but because there was a festival during our stay, it was very noisy until after midnight. Also, the property has no AC. It was 32°C when we were there, so it's very uncomfortable."

"The concierge seemed very annoyed to help us, especially when we didn't know German. He kept throwing up his hand and said no English and I don't know.
