"Great hotel at a central location with spacious clean rooms. Perfect breakfast. We made a reservation for the underground parking at the hotel and for the first time of our lives, we had to use a car lift. That was a very exciting moment. The underground parking requires some good parking skills, which my husband luckily has."
"I have visited Bruges many times and all but one visit has been to this hotel! It is convenient for both the motorway for onward journeys and also just a short drive into Bruges centre (easy parking at T-Zand).
The staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is always great quality! The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

"Erg mooi hotel. Alle kamers zijn ingericht met spullen van rivera maison erg mooi zelfs de ontbijt zaal was ook zo u gericht met stijl
De kamers zijn heel goed. Bedden zijn heerlijk. Een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met echt alles van zalm en champagne tot een simpel gekookt eitje met toast. Echt top .
Locatie is ook erg goed. Om de hoek op 50 meter is het strand en op een minut lopen sta je in het centrum erg centraal . Volgende keer gaan we zeker weer naar dit hotel echt top"
"Eerste indruk was mooi groot hotel. Wel beetje verouderd. Oude lift, in de kamers lag er tapijt, hier en daar beschadigde plintjes, de douche ook wat verouderd. En onder het bed, lag nog een neusdoek. Ligging prima! Personeel heel vriendelijk. Ontbijt was voor ons niet van toepassing "
