We arrived early and we're delighted to be let in early and our bicycles safely stored in their garage. Breakfast was good. Room big and good. Would recommend

A Great Stay Before Catching Cruise

The location of the hotel is within walking distance of the Blankenberge Train Station. We stayed two night/three days before catching the tram to Zeebrugge for a cruise (easy to do). The front staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and we slept well after the traffic died down. The only negative was that our room was next to a major street so it was noisy. Possibly the inner rooms could be quieter. Otherwise we enjoyed hotel and location was safe and easy to get to the ocean. We visited in October so the area was quiet.

Renovated and cozy

Beautiful old renovated building in the center of town. Ten minute walk from the sea shore. Staff is friendly and professional and hotel is very clean. We were given a converted attic room. Even though there were just two of us- it had a double bed and two singles. It was well equipped but didn’t have a tea kettle nor drinking water. A very odd feature that I’ve never run across is that their check-out policy is at 10:30 am! The earliest I have ever seen. They do have a kitchen but we didn’t eat there as there seemed to be some kind of function going on and we did not feel invited. We ate dinner a block away.

Matig hotel

Hotel ligt op prima loopafstand van het centrum van Blankenberge en dicht bij een parkeergarage. Het hotel zelf is toe aan een flinke modernisering. Veel kleine gebreken die makkelijk opgelost kunnen worden maar waar geen aandacht aan wordt besteed. Daarnaast zijn de gordijnen op de kamers zo dun dat je bij het eerste zonlicht de hele kamer verlicht is en je wakker wordt. Vervelend is het ook dat voor 2 dagen op rij de kamermeisjes zich niets aantrekken aan het niet-storen bordje aan de deur maar gewoon binnen komen. Het ontbijt was netjes en werd goed aangevuld.

Un séjour parfait et confortable !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel. Tout était vraiment parfait, à commencer par le service du petit déjeuner, qui était impeccable et très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort exceptionnel de la literie, qui nous a garanti une nuit très reposante. De plus, la propreté de l’établissement était irréprochable, rien à redire sur ce point. Enfin, la présence d’un parking juste à côté de l’hôtel est un véritable atout, très pratique pour les voyageurs en voiture. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement !

Personel excellent. Parking autour hotel difficile et payant. Le petit dej est tres bien et la chambre sans etre luxe est confortable et propre. Bien que la chambre donnait sur la rue elle etait tres calme.
