Perfect stay for a quick trip in Wellington. Location couldn't be better. Buffet breakfast is excellent. All staff were lovely and room clean and met needs/expectation.
Excellent CBD location thats within walking distance to cuba st etc, whole facility is spotless, rooms are decent size, on site cafe and parking make life easier, and staff were very helpful.
This was an excellent hotel with excellent staff right out. The back door was local Wellington shopping. The rooms were nothing to write home about, but the hotel itself was spotlessly clean in the breakfast was really great. I would stay here again in Wellington for a couple of nights.
A wonderful stay - the staff were amazingly helpful amongst a booking error made by Expedia. We truly appreciate the hotels support in grtting this sorted for us and being so accomodating. We will of course be coming back to the James Cook again soon for our next trip to the capital.
