Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The staff are polite and efficient. The location of the hotel is excellent and within easy walking distance of Te Papa, theatres,Parliament and restaurants. The only downside of my stay was an excessive bond($100 per room per day) as I do not have a credit card. This would limit the length of stay at this hotel

Location was fantastic, we had been specifically looking for a room that had a terrace/balcony so we could open windows but on arrival we were told this hotel does not have them, although that was noted on the booking as available on expedia. Disappointed on arrival but we stayed anyway and had a lovely peaceful night in the city and great access to everything we came for. Inclusive parking was great though you can't re-enter the carpark once checked in , it has to stay there till check out so we just walked where we needed to go.

Loved everything about the stay. Only problem I had... we didn't know about the James Cook Arcade lift to take you up to the hotel. So we walked all the way around the loop with our luggage. I am 75 and it was a bit tough.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, Aufzug von der Bushaltestelle aus schwer zu finden, wenn man nicht genau weiß wo. Man kann von Lambton Quay Haltestelle direkt mit dem Aufzug in die Lobby fahren. Eingang gegenüber der Bankfiliale. Zimmer geräumig aber etwas hellhörig. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.
