"The room was very nice, clean and pristine. The only downside was that it didn’t smell the best when we first opened the door. It had a stale, smoky smell. Glad that the sink area is separate from the tub/shower. The staff are top notch, so friendly and welcoming. They quickly got us checked in and out. Love the convenience of the shuttle service to the airport. "
"The ambiance and overall experience was superb. A few things could use a spruce-up. (ie. replace the rusty shower curtain rod, perhaps larger bath towels). Otherwise, accommodations were quite satisfactory.
The bar tender, Chris, at Fox & Hounds Tavern was spectacular!!
All staff were cordial and attentive!
We love The Cheshire, and it will remain our destination for our stays in St. Louis! "
"It was a busy hotel with youth sports teams but our room was on a quiet floor. Check-in and check-out was easy and staff was friendly. Room was comfortable temperature-wise and the bedding was wonderful. The bathroom was clean, plenty of amenities, shower pressusre and temp was good. We'd stay there again.

"The front desk staff are wonderful, the hotel smelled great and the room was very clean! I stay here every time I am in St Louis which is about every 3 months. "
"When I forgot my toothpaste, the older gentleman at the desk went back to his own room to get me a big tube of toothpaste! Said I could give it back when I was done.
I bought him a new one and when I gave it to him, he has found two small sample toothpastes for me.

"It was great being next to a police station! and the parking attached to the building, sweet! Felt safe and had no problems walking around the area.
Only negative was attempting to go walk on the treadmill at 5:30 when the fitness center doesn't open until 7. However that was not a big issue."
