Location was good. Our towels were dirty. We wanted to call and tell them, our phone did not work and by the phone it was sticky along with the phone.. Lemon water was empty at night and mid morning. Tables for breakfast were not wiped off. Girl this morning was on the phone. Not much interest in assisting. Water in workout room was empty and no cups!

My room was not as clean as it could have been. Surfaces were not cleaned, shower had hair on it, the toilet had hair, toilet paper was not enough and there was no extra toilet paper, marks left from drinks on countertops, found an eyelash on my sheets, breakfast was as expected, no lids for a cup of coffee, and trash outside property. I was charged twice for “incidentals” $3.50. Front desk lady was kind when checking in. Breakfast lady was wearing earbuds and couldn’t hear me when I asked a question and seemed bothered by my question. I am not sure why hotels don’t pay attention to detail and spend time detailing once a month. Bathroom was small which made it hard for privacy and changing.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean but very dim and tight. The room fits four but was very tight with one child. The bathroom door opened toward the bathroom, which made it very tight. Overall, the hotel needs an update. The breakfast was okay but the waffle mix was separated as my son tried pouring it on the waffle maker. I chose this hotel because of the location. The hotel was fine but I would not recommend.

Literally a glorified Motel6. Our room was filthy. Floor was not vacuumed or swept, all the bedding had weird brown stains, and the bathroom was disgusting. Unclean shower floor with rust stains leaking on the faucet and handle bars. Only one out of three employees we spoke with were pleasant. The money spent on this stay was not worth it whatsoever. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. Gross.

After my first review I found some more issues, there was several long hairs on the wall of the shower, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, there was a coin and small piece of trash between the beds. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets appeared clean, and it is as pictured. I almost asked for a vacuum and some bleach wipes, but I didn't.

Check in person was very friendly. Room was ice cold when we first arrived at 8:45pm. Outside temp was 15 degrees and they had the heat completely off in the room. Set the heat to 90 to heat room quickly and its blowing lukewarm at best. Literally only a few sheets of toilet paper on roll and no extra in the bathroom. Would not recommend at all.
