Staff are very helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet selects are good. Location is good for tourists. Room is clean and quiet but small bath area, no enjoyable window views.

Disappointed stay
Room was too cold, they do not pump hot water in the Chiller system so the AC simply blows cold air. Also terrible smell from toilet room, and uncomfortable toilet seat, too small with the add on of the washer on the seat..

Check in to the hotel is efficient. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, even went all out to assist me in booking a last minute driver to Yunmen Mountain.
