This was the worst place I have ever seen. Yes it was cheap but it was dirty, smelly, stuffy. 1) An overflowing filthy large ashtray full of cigarette buts and three old packets greeted you at the dingy room door with the paint peeling off. 2) Carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed.
