"staff and parking were great. Beds were firm and comfortable"

"What an absolutely beautiful home to stay in! We booked the deluxe double room and were so surprised by the size! It had so much space which made for a lovely stay for my husband and I's 10 year anniversary. There was so much character in the home as well which made for such a unique place to spend the weekend. It was also great to be within walking distance of Rizzo's House of Parm and the Ridgeway shops. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for such a great stay!"

"Great accommodation, easy to access, great area!"

"We booked a “2 bedroom suite” but its not 2 bedroom. Its a one bedroom suite. You walk into the room and there is a bed, then you walk past the bathroom area to the bedroom. In any other hotel, this would be considered a one bedroom suite, but this hotel uses misleading descriptions."

"Beautiful place highly recommend for anyone"

"Check in went smooth and front desk staff were very inviting and friendly. Room was very clean and beautiful. The spa was extremely nice as well!"

"It was great to have 3 queen size beds in our room. It accomodated us very well. The pillows were too thick though. Would be helpful to have thinner pillows as well."

"Very disappointing experience! I paid $35 for hotel parking, expecting better security, but someone stole belongings from my car. Despite having cameras installed, the hotel didn’t even bother checking the footage. Staff showed no courtesy or concern and simply said they couldn’t help. Ironically, even a $5 parking lot has a security guard on duty, while this hotel has none. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Would not recommend!"

"I hate all the extra fees that are added, including the parking fees. The room was kind of blah and no microwave which l which it had. Honestly wasn't that impressed, will search other facilities next time."

"Great location and clean rooms! We will be back"

"The coffee/tea maker should be updated."
