Livin' Serviced Apartments are a fantastic place to stay. Located in the centre of Watford, and conveniently situated 2 minutes walk from the station, this is now my go to for stays in Watford and for business trips to London. Rooms are excellent sizes, and the additional amenities that you get (fridge, oven etc) make it stand out from the adjoining Holiday Inn.

These apartments are a wonderful alternative to booking a hotel room with a fully stocked kitchen, spacious lounge area with desk and all the comforts of a home away from home. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasurable stay and I can't recommend this option enough! Located 2 minutes from the station and 8 mins from the town centre, this is ideal if you have friends or family visiting. Fantastic place. Thanks for your excellent customer service guys, very much appreciated!

Home Away From Home

A great place to stay. Always made to feel welcome, nothing is a problem for the lovely staff and rooms are always very clean with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Walkable to High St, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Would highly recommend.

The staff were friendly on arrival. However, I was disappointed that the room had a strong and unbearable unpleasant curry smell. I reported this to the staff, who wiped down the surfaces with a scented disinfectant spray, but the smell remained dominant even after keeping the windows open all night. It was unpleasant and made working and taking calls quite irritating. However, the hotel is very close to the station and town, alternative seating options such as coffee shops. Standard room layout with basic amnesties, however the microcar smelt like chlorine and kitchen hood also had a strong curry odour.

We stayed two weeks as a home base for our touring of the area. Our room had just the basics for cooking but served our needs perfectly. We were within two blocks from Watford Junction Station which is a major hub to travel into London or to travel to areas north etc. The Harry Potter bus pickup is here as well. We rented a car to do local touring as we had childhood roots in this area. Excellent wifi. Fabulous staff. The apartments are on the top floors of the Holiday Inn which has a great restaurant that we dined in. Our stay was In October so no air conditioning not a problem for us. We had two windows that opened so we had plenty of fresh air.
