"I do not recommend staying here. Majority of the hotel has living residents. Place smells bad, they haven’t vacuumed or cleaned the carpets. People faded on drugs outside and in the hallways. Feel bad for the guy behind the counter residents yelling at him. He was very kind and helpful. The first room we got smelled so heavily of cigarettes we had him move us to another room. While in the new room, the television did not work. He came up and got it working. I would avoid this place."

"The room was clean/spacious. The lobby very comfortable and the hot tub was just the right temperature!"

"The location of the hotel is amazing and it is pet friendly! The parking lot for the hotel was easily accessible, but there was only one ramp away from the door to enter. It made it quite tricky to get our belongings that we transport in a wagon into the building. The room was clean upon first sight, but the floors were gross and there were dead bugs smooshed on the walls in multiple places. The bathroom was okay, but the toilet would not stop running almost the entire time we were there no matter how hard we jiggled the handle, took the tank top off to adjust things, etc. For a small night away it does the trick, for longer stays we would find another. It felt more like a family owned and in lived in rather than a getaway hotel."

"When we arrived I thought I was at the wrong place, it looked like an army barracks. From the pictures I was hoping for a key west vibe.. not so much, opened the door to our 2 bedroom suite in the first floor, facing the pool and immediately hit the bed with the door. The room was extremely small. Leftover food in the mini fridge, toilet had no water to flush, wet left and at least the 2 girls that were there were very nice and the maintenance guy/ desk clerk/ maybe manager did show us another room but everything needed paint and upkeep. We did get a refund, so thank goodness for that. We didn't get our resort experience for our gfriends 60th but we staying in a suite hotel and it was OK.. first time ever walking out of a reservation and first time having to leave a not so good review..."

"Rooms were nice, the golf course view is kind of a stretch, you can see one hole, past the parking lot and train tracks. The harbor view was ok, but the rock piles kind of take away from that also. The tiki bar was nice, and the complimentary water, but the drinks were on the expensive side, small, and very watered down. The Plank was the highlight of the property, great service and good food. Overall I would give it a 6 out of 10."

"Checking in was fast and easy. No issues. The room (Handicap Accessible) was not good..Water didn't work in the sink, ice bucket was filthy, bed was terribly uncomfortable-(could feel the springs in the mattress)hair left on the bathroom floor, toilet seat loose, hand held shower head was Filthy, no drain stop for tub, breakfast "buffet" was a regular complimentary breakfast with rubbery fried eggs and cheap sausage links added, and as I was walking up to the desk to check out-with my registered service dog, the desk lady rudely got on me .. asking, "did they know you had a dog when checking in and are you sure!?".. I had him on a leash that very clearly spelled out service dog also. I informed the woman about the things wrong with the room and she offered no discounts.. simply said that I should have switched rooms then..this was After I also informed her that I had fallen in the bathroom due to the loose seat.."

"Don’t go here. They say they remodeled, but the rooms smell like fresh paint with no ventilation even after a month. They didn’t do the showers either. The pool wasn’t working and the staff was uncaring about how the conditions impacted our trip. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had."
