"Room was comfortable and fit for family, bathroom and dresser also spacious , dinning area was very useful but small problem was the kitchenware like pan and pot was degenerated from used and kitchen tools smelly, so I brought new one instead. Every morning breakfast was perfect for everyone.
This area closed by new shopping square and easy to took a bus in front of the hotel "
"The staff right from check in were incredibly warm and friendly, and stayed that way throughout our stay. I know they are working on a complete overhaul of the property so things weren't exactly 100% during our stay but that was fine. We had an issue a couple of nights with loud neighbors keeping us awake but both times the front desk shut it down quickly with no issues."
"Great hotel in a nice area. It’s not too far from the airport. They have a conference center so they do host events. Breakfast buffet was really good. There’s a Starbucks as well. They have a restaurant and laugh Boston on sight. Staff was great and accommodating. Just good experience overall. I recommend if you’re visiting Boston."
"The hotel is superbly located near Boston Common making it a good home base for a visit to all major attractions in Boston. The check-in is fast; the room is good and clean; however, I wish the bed to be a little firmer. Overall, we have had a very good stay."
