Everything was as advertised. Good clean quiet room. Check in and check out was efficient with friendly staff. Only one minor issue was the deadbolt on the door from the room to the corridor didn’t work correctly.

The property was very clean. The service was good with the only exception of the breakfast. My expectations on the breakfast were higher. I was not a fan of the brown-bagged eggless, breadless cold fridge on-the-go breakfast. I missed the eggs, the bread and the dining room to take them.

Great little stay in pincher creek , saved us from a rainy night in the tent and was just what we needed. Place was clean and had little grab bags for breakfast in the am and a great coffee machine

Nice clean hotel. Good helpful front desk staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Lots of parking. The room that we stayed had the sink out of the washroom. Also there is no dinning room for the breakfast included , there is coffee available for breakfast in the morning and you get the rest of breakfast in a snack bag.

The bed was super comfortable. Supportive but not rock hard. Brigette at the front desk is great - fun and informative. Cleaning staff did an awesome job and were nice. There's a bbq and picnic table on premises, and Walmart next door, so you don't have to eat out.

The hotel was quite dirty and did not meet my expectations for cleanliness. However, the staff were very helpful, friendly, and did their best to assist whenever needed. While the service was good, the overall stay was impacted by the condition of the hotel.

It was a very standard hotel - no frills. That said, I would stay there again. It was very clean and quiet, and the staff were great. The laundry room on our floor was a big plus as were had been on the road for a couple of weeks. There are two floors and no elevator, so that may be a consideration. We stayed on the second floor with no issue on the stairs.

Rooms were recently renovated, including a new washroom and decent shower. The bed was good. The room seemed clean except the bathroom floor was sticky. The 'Breakfast' listed in it's description was a bag consisting of a muffin, some fruit item, yogurt, a breakfast bar and some juice, which was not what I was expecting.

Staff were proud locals. Room was clean but I found the mattress sloped and the air conditioner noisy with a fan that would blow on, then off, constantly. Hotel had good amenities with free washer and dryer for guests and various coffees from a machine on the ground floor. They provided a free cold bagged breakfast. Unfortunately there was no elevator. Right next to a Boston Pizza, and there is a lounge at the hotel with pub type food.
