It's a decent place. Clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. But light on breakfast. Only available is cereal, bread/bagels with spreads and pancakes. They need to improve breakfast choices. Coffee option is better.

This property could use a lot of improvement. The bathroom was in quite a state, toilet tank leaking, and filthy rusty looking stains around the floor, exhaust fan appeared to have maybe never been cleaned, moldy corners in the tub, as well as rusty stains. Also there is apparently a broken hot tub so, no hot tub. Otherwise the bed was clean and comfortable.

The stay is good. The hotel is a bit old. It was too old. The room door is very tight, a bit difficult to open, which requires full use of force to maintain open. The air condition works but very weak. The room room is clean, everything seem to work. The breakfast is very simple with limited choices. Overall, the stay was comfortable with no surprises.

Breakfast was good. Wish there were more protein options as almost all carbs. No fruit. Staff were attentive to refilling items that depleated. Hot tub was not working. Would have been nice to have a soak at the end of day after hiking. Desk staff were very good and efficient. Check in and out were fast. Supplied extra towels and items as needed. Hotel was pretty clean!! Most important to our stay!! Cleaning staff were very loud in the hall at 8:30-9:20am talking back and forth. I Thought they would quiet on their own. I finally had to ask them to be quiet. 3staff on our 3rd nights stay. (Friday am) Overall we would stay again.

This was a Super 8 that is now converting to a Best Western. The staff was great, but the facility is not yet at Best Western standards. I would not stay here again until the operating standards are raised to the new higher BW rates.

Ok, 24 hr coffee. My room was clean, everything worked, breakfast was ok but I usually left before it came out. 24hr coffee. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working - I was initially disappointed but the symposium I attended didn’t really give me the time to use one anyway. 24hr coffee. Pincher Creek isn’t that big so al the local shopping and dining options were not that far away. Just watch for the deer at dawn and dusk. Lots to do in the Pincher Creek area. It is a gem. Did I mention the 24hr coffee?
