We rented the King Suite with the jetted tub. The room was huge as well as the bathroom. The bathroom had a bathtub as well as a separate shower, and a long vanity. Everything was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Definitely a do over if we are ever in the area again.

The amenities are great. Pool and hot tub are great. Near Waterton park. Lovely spot to lay down your head and rest. I highly recommend. Clean rooms, lovely staff great breakfast. What more can you ask for.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were amazing. Such hard workers and very friendly. My son broke a plate by accident and he was devastated and embarrassed but the two staff members came really quick to clean it up and made him feel better. The pool towels were amazingly soft and waterslide was a big hit with the kids. Wasn’t overly cold. We would definitely stay here again.

The two workers preparing breakfast are definitely overworked, especially when many guests arrive at the same time. They are running around like spinning tops! 😅 But even when they’re extremely busy, they still keep smiling and remain friendly. They really deserve appreciation for their hard work.
