"it was my first time staying there. I usually stay at the Marriott or Hyatt which both are a bit more money. The room was spacious and very clean. Nice breakfast and they offer coffee avail all day. Staff was friendly. And located near I-64 was great way to get around town. Hurstbourne Parkway is full of restaurants. I will definitely stay again."

"Stay as far away as possible from this place. The rooms were very nice except for the fact there were NO incidental (like soap, shampoo) in the room. We had to ask for toilet paper. The biggest problem was the staff. My husband had booked 3 rooms and paid with credit card. Then they asked for a credit card for "incidentals", no charge, just a hold. All three rooms were charged for the entire room amount AFTER they had been paid. This staff had the audacity to tell us "they didn't make the mistake, the computer did" and there was nothing they could do. The manager has been MIA for a week now. We have never been treated so poorly before. For a brand new hotel, it was horrible. I have also notified Marriott."
