"Het hotel ligt in het centrum van Oslo en is prima met het OV bereikbaar. Een half uurtje met de trein vanaf het vliegveld en je staat in het centraal station, op 100 m van het hotel. De staf is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voorafgaand aan ons vertrek richting Oslo werden we geïnformeerd dat er een staking was, waardoor het restaurant niet open was. Maar dat raakte niet de ontbijt mogelijkheden. Het ontbijt is kwalitatief uitstekend en kent een ruime diversiteit. Internationaal, Brits en Noors,...

"We travel frequently and I rarely take the time to review a hotel but this time requires an exception. The breakfast was excellent, the room was exceedingly clean, everything (ie elevators, ice machines etc) are super efficient. But the real jewel was the staff. My wife fell and broke her hip (not at the hotel) and while she was hospitalized, the hotel staff became like family and helped these two Americans get through this ordeal. We will gladly return one day to thank them and try it all...

"Clean and perfect location. Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a lot of options but staff were not as friendly as the front desk. Close to metro and bus stations only 10 min walking. Highly recommend staying there"

Being a Vegan I asked if they had a good selection of food for the breakfast, I need not have asked, the breakfast spread was the best I have ever seen and we have been to a lot of hotels. "It is easy to locate from the airport via flybuss, get off at Hasle and a 10 minute walk. Breakfast lovely and lounge. Accessible to transport. Staff are good, only thing is a safe would have been great to put passports etc in."

"Stained sheets and towels, bathroom door with zero privacy, cramped room where you can't even properly open kitchen drawers, shower that has no hot water pressure. They've put limiters on both the hot water and soap dispensers so you don't use "too much" of it.
