We love the decor of the hotel. Area is hip and easy to get around. The staff are friendly and helpful. A bit loud on Saturday night if you are facing the Main Street. But other than that we enjoyed it.

This is a great hotel located conveniently close to Victoria Station. The breakfast buffet had everything you could think of. It was a great way to start our days. The entire hotel was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Very good location- communication via WhatsApp with hotel staff very handy. However, the hotel had issues with hot water during 24 hours and failed to fix it swiftly. With freezing temperatures, it meant no showers during a full day, Unacceptable in my view for such a standard ! And they completely disregarded the Expedia member status.
