They had some maintenance issues while we were there, which irritated my wife, but didn’t dissuade us from using them again in the future.

They definitely go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and if need assistance with transportation around Bangkok, you can be sure they will hook you up with great driver and guide. Once i find something that is great its very hard for me to try something else. Every time that i will visit Thailand they can expect me to stay with them.

"Front desk staff was very good to get me checked in and up to my room. Room was clean an well equipped. Bed was medium firm and comfortable. Mini frig with bottle water is provided. Larger show with body wash and hair soap is provided. On site restaurant has a breakfast with a mix of Asian and western food. My dinner meal was very good and found the price affordable. Van service to the airport was wonderful. "

"Hotel was beautiful. We only stayed for a night because we had a connecting flight the following morning to Phuket. We arrived near 1am and staff was ready to serve when we arrived. This hotel is NOT in walking distance from the airport and requires a shuttle to hotel (~20min, but wait for shuttle was 45min).
