"The room was very small for a twin/2 people and nowhere to put suitcases. It was very very hot and the fan didn’t work in the bathroom nor did the window open. There was a fan in the room however! Nice breakfast and staff were lovely."

"The property was brilliant, the food was great, the amenities were good. The room was clean, the staff were helpful, the food had great variety and was really tasty and there was enough parking. There was no air conditioner in our room , which was strange as the weather was really hot at almost 30 degrees. "Room wasnt clean told them it needed a deep clean, stains and lots of damages on the walls, when i questioned this they said its a chemical they use to clean the walls, no breakfast was provided. "

"Room was clean and spacious, staff friendly. I booked for 2 nights but only stayed one. This was during a heat wave, the air-conditioning was not working and windows did not open fully. No fans offered and the bed had a medium weight duvet and nothing lighter. I left early because it was impossible to sleep. I understand the aircon has been broken for some time"

"Whilst the staff and facilities were good, I was disappointed with the food. I had the coronation chicken terrine starter.which had a large piece of chicken skin in it. The staff offered me a replacement which I declined and they did not charmed for it. I later asked if I could have fresh fruit for dessert which the said would be available for breakfast. At breakfast the only fresh fruit available was watermelon. I may be picky but I feel that these minor items should be catered for."
