The Bridgestreet Acadia is a new condominium complex in a very nice area. The rooms are well appointed, and even have a washer dryer. The building is within walking distance of the Metro, a Whole Foods supermarket, numerous restaurants, and extensive shopping. The rooms are very nicely appointed. Highly recommended.

Nothing good to talk about really. Stayed for 14 days with no cleaning even once, told only upon asking after a few days’ stay that if I wanted the apartment cleaned I had to pay an additional $75!

Looks can be deceiving, but great location
The location was great, even more convenient than I expected. I was disappointed by the apartment however. It was not decorated like the photos, the bed seemed like a double rather than a queen, the shower had low pressure with cheap fixtures, the drawers in the bedroom were of poor quality - they would fall out when you tried to open them, and the tap water tasted horrible, even after boiling for tea. I had looked forward to staying in a nicely decorated apartment & so when it was a basic set-up without any pop of color or design, I was quite disappointed.
Awesome location--across from Whole Foods. Late check-in, parking and check-out was seamless. Not just a hotel, but a large, luxurious one bedroom apartment with all of the amenities.
I have a dilemma here. Should I submit this review and tell everybody how good of an experience I had or should I just stay quite and hope to keep it my own secret so that the prices won't go up due to high demand based on my review? Well, I believe one has to give credit where credit is due.
Here are the pros:
Easy check in, affordable parking which was my biggest worry about the place, well lit, clean place, safe, nice area with easy shopping, walk friendly, great amenities. I don't want to forget anything if I don't mention it on the "cons" area it means that whatever you are looking for was not a problem for me.
Here are the cons. Well yeah, yeah there is always room for improvement.
The living room could use a rug. They key system to get in the apartment could be made easier.
There you have it! That's all I have to say about this place. I will actively look to book it again if I can still afford. If I can't afford to book a place in there after this review due ti high demand oh well!
Had a terrible experience with bridgestreet, the company that owns a few apartments around Washington D.C. Tried to check into my hotel at 1am but couldn't check in until 5am. They did give me a refund with no hassles.
