"Lovely pub with boutique rooms. Very doggie friendly. We’ve been back 3 times now."

"Fantastic staff, rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard, really clean and with lovely touches. Regrettably, the sound proofing is very poor and most movements between and outside rooms and car park, can be heard leading to an interrupted night’s sleep. If we hadn’t stayed before, based on this visit, we wouldn’t stay again but as we had such a good stay the first time, we’d stay again, just not in this particular room."

"Lively pub. Spacious and very clean room and great breakfast. Would definitely return."

"Good location for central Warwick. Some rooms are in a separate building facing the square, close the the pub. The building is clean and safe but there is some noise from the main square."

"This was an awesome house! It's right next to the castle, which was a really cool day out. Would highly recommend!"

"Environment was sparkling clean .I would fault it for anything. i slept like a baby peaceful and quiet I forgot I was not at home. The bath was fantastic high pressure and hot . The staff was professional at all times"

"Lovely hotel. Nice clean and modern rooms. And the pool and spa were great."

"Clean room and the staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent"

"Nice spa although had to schedule times not just leisure usage. Lovely rooms"

"A fabulous find in a great location in Leamington. A short walk to town but very quiet overnight. Comfortable bed with great pillows :) and a delicious breakfast cooked to order. Martha was a great host - thanks!"

"Very grand. Staff was amazing"

"This is a nice hotel for a true tutor experience. The breakfast was gone to fall. And you can’t beat the location. They did email me about room type and I did respond specifically and did not get the room I wanted. So make sure you remind them at the desk when you check in what kind of room you wanted. Unfortunately for me bad knees, I had to walk up two flights of stairs with my suitcase."

"We only stayed there for a night after seeing a play and I have to say it has exceeded our expectation greatly. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. And while it situated only a stone throw from Shakespeare's birthplace, it is very quiet. The in-the-room breakfast for a small fee is a very nice touch and we will definitely stay there again if we're in town. "
