"This “hotel” was more like a “time share” place as folks were living there. The place was clean and due to the weather situation at Dulles, which was at weather related stoppage, this was one of the few facilities which had availability. The availability of an airport shuttle was one of our deciding factors but we waited for over an hour and a half to be picked up at the airport despite calling there 3 times. When we checked in, we asked about an early morning shuttle back to the airport as our rescheduled flight was at 0815 but were told the earliest airport shuttle would not be available until 0730. We had to call a taxi for our airport transportation. Would we stay there again; only if nothing else was available. No dining facilities were nearby."

"The room was clean. I was in an existential crisis and the staff were so nice and understanding and curators. I was a mess and they were so nice. I’m so thankful hit for only them but also the free transit to the airport/ shuttle service. The driver was so personable and relatable and cute. Glad i chose to stay there during a hard period of time"

"We were double charged for our room initially, which they finally refunded. However, the room we stayed in cost quite a bit for it to have bugs flying around in it, dirty curtains and light fixtures hanging out of the ceiling."
