"I got this room to stay in with my daughter along with my five month old granddaughter. The room was clean and quiet and they supplied a pack and play crib for my granddaughter. This was not their fault, but the power went out at about 8 o’clock in the morning due to what I believe was a nearby car accident. I was helping my daughter to get things out to her car and since the elevator was down, we had to pack a stroller and all the baby things down the stairs, without the help of a cart. Because it took a little longer, this unfortunately made us miss breakfast that we were hoping to grab on the way out. They closed breakfast promptly at the correct time, but it would’ve been nice if they kept it open for just a little bit longer to adjust for the change.
Had we wanted to take showers, we would not have been able to because of course there’s no light or power to run a hairdryer. There was no credit or compensation or anything else offered to us to make up for this. Also, other Hampton Inns that I’ve stayed at have always had warm fresh chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon and this particular one did not have that, so I was a little disappointed. Otherwise, good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. I would stay again."
