"Location is great.
Rooms are worn-out, dark and very dusty. However, the bathroom is spacious and clean.
Service at breakfast is not professional. They were lots of customers during our stay each morning and the staffs at Bridges restaurant told us that they couldn't handle with the large number of people since there wasn't enough of them. Service was very slow and unorganised.
Overall, I think the hotel services and standard doesn't match with the price tag."
"The room is clean with a lovely theme. The staffs were amazing. The location is in the middle of all shops and restaurants (also 8 mins walk from central station). If I visit Amsterdam again I’d definitely book this hotel. Highly recommended :)"
"Hotel Mai is wonderfully situated a short walking distance from the central train station and the cruise port along one of the canals. There are lots of dining options within a five minute walk. It is the perfect base when visiting Amsterdam."
