"Location is great.
Rooms are worn-out, dark and very dusty. However, the bathroom is spacious and clean.
Service at breakfast is not professional. They were lots of customers during our stay each morning and the staffs at Bridges restaurant told us that they couldn't handle with the large number of people since there wasn't enough of them. Service was very slow and unorganised.
Overall, I think the hotel services and standard doesn't match with the price tag."

"I stayed three nights at the hotel. The location is perfect. You are walking distances from major attractions, train station, tram and buses. The room was small but had everything you need and the beds are very comfortable.
The staff is excellent. I will definitely stay again during my next visit to Amsterdam."
