"The location of the property was great very close to sea and town. The gentleman who checked us in was cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately didn't get much sleep one of the other residents seemed to be up all night talking loudly with others. Only booked this due to short notice ... you do get what you pay for."

"We were allowed in a bit early as we came by train. The owner Sue is super friendly as were her staff We were right on the beach and could leave the sash windows open for air and to hear the sea. Breakfast was hot and excellent and it’s right next to 2 restaurants with a corner shop behind. The main Sandy beach is only 10 minutes away and the shops are only 15 minutes away Perfect"

"Stayed overnight and it was in a quiet neighbourhood with shops close by. Clean and tidy place with lots of amenities"

"The twin room downstairs had plenty of room, good storage and clean. Very welcoming host who happily let us drop off luggage early. Helpful to have fridge. Will definitely be returning! "
