"Great place with lots to offer around. Amazing breakfast and great service, we will definitely return in the future. Easy to find and very safe surroundings.

"A nice welcome on arrival and the room was very clean and warm. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk. A mini fridge in the room to keep water etc cool. The shower was good and also immaculate. Very quiet and a lovely place to stay "

"Heather was welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and mine had a separate bathroom for sole use.
Parking space on the drive. Property located on busy road. Tasty full English Breakfast. Local pub opposite serving food and drinks. Location great for New Forest access. "

"A lovely little B&B. Louisa and family couldnt do enough for us. She was very welcoming and gave us top tips for our outings. The room was clean, tidy and the facilities were excellent, with a special mention for an outstanding breakfast."

"Booked for a 1-night stay for work. Great welcome and shown to room (in room 3). Lovely room, good TV and wifi. Bed was very comfortable, ensuite was great and heated. Own thermostat in room. Small desk to work at (if required). Nice touch of being able to get fresh milk for tea and coffee in lobby just before going into room, as well as bottled water. "Fabulous stay - loved it!
Breakfast hamper was absolutely wonderful, though we couldn’t eat it all.
Plenty of parking. Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didn’t arrive till late.
Brilliant one night break, will return without a doubt, and have already recommended to friends."
